Refund Policy

1. First 15 days
If you request a refund within 15 calendar days from your payment date, you may receive a full refund of the amount paid for the applicable service, unless the service order states otherwise.
2. After 15 days
After the first 15 calendar days, you may still request cancellation by email. If the applicable subscription or service allows cancellation, any refund for prepaid unused fees will be calculated on a pro-rata basis from the effective termination date through the remaining unused paid period.
3. Suspension or termination by us
If SMARTOLT LLC-FZ terminates a paid service without cause, any prepaid unused fees for the remaining subscription period may be refunded on a pro-rata basis. No refund is due where suspension or termination results from breach of the Terms of Service, misuse of the service, non-payment, unlawful activity, or other justified cause.
4. How to request a refund
Refund requests must be sent from the email address associated with your account or from an authorized company contact. We may ask for account details, invoice details, and confirmation of the requested cancellation date before processing the request.
5. Processing
Approved refunds will be returned using the original payment method where possible, or another method agreed with you. Processing time may depend on banks, payment providers, and accounting review.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this refund policy from time to time. The version published on this page will apply unless otherwise stated in a specific commercial agreement.
